Gold drops really suck

I get riot wanted to make it feel like you get something when items don't drop. TBH though, 1-2 gold dropping instead of an item is a kick in the balls.. I mean, in what world does a measly 1-2 gold equate for not getting an item to drop? If you are going to insist on being this RNG heavy, at least make the reward 10g or something that has some value.. I'd rather have nothing that an insult like 1-2 gold..
