@riot, if you want to buff brand...

as a brand main since i started this game(mid season 3) who used him pre and post rework (patch6.8-6.10 was my climb to diamond) to get to diamond, if you want to buff brand, buff his 3 hit passive as its hard to land in lane and nerf the base damage, otherwise DONT buff him, as you will just have to nerf him later. i get the feeling you want to see him at worlds with your 2 attempts at buffs in the first 2 days of the pbe cycle. so leave him alone or buff the hard to land in laning 3 hit passive! thanks, the damage brand main <3 or
