Learning rivens fast combo

So i understand in order to be a good riven player you need to understand her basic combos. Her main one being the fast combo. This auto q move command kinda thing that riven is known for. I always figured im just not smart enough to play riven because im not very good with my hands (sorry ladies). And by this i mean if i wanted to get the most of my damage out as riven i would need to do the fast combo. But this seems a bit impossible for me considering i have to click my my mouse somewhere to cancel my q but i also i have to keep moving to dodge skillshots, to get to the back line, etc. So having to cancel autos and be able to move effectively, seems a bit much for me. Is rivens fast combos a must to learn or can i make due with other combos?
