Bronze problems

So i play league quite a bit and have been for a little over a year now. I have a few higher elo buddies of mine teach me new things everyday. Im am no god tier player. I am not faker, i am not bjergensen, i am not huni. But im ok. If anything im okay. If i do poorly i try to make the best of a bad situation.
I was able to work my way up to bronze 2. I was very happy since i was making real progress and bettering myself. And then everything went to shit. Loss after loss after loss. I got knocked all the way back down to bronze 4. To the higher elo players (and when i say higher i mean those who arent in bronze) kudos to you guys (or girls) for making it out of this hell hole.
Every single gane its fighting and flaming. I dont have much of a problem with trolls or afkers. But you bet your ass bronzies will fight amongst themselves. Ive seen some posts saying bronze needs a leader, a shotcaller if you will. This is irellevant in bronze. People do not want to listen because they think solo carrying is the only way.
For example: karma: hey yo can you go help annie shes have a bit of trouble with kat
Yi: stfu reported.
I am not exaggerating this in any way shape or form. This is how conversation goes in bronze.
And you dare, you DARE ask someone to group or to gank or to go to drag, then you get flamed and called a bronize by another bronze. Its simply amazing how 1 asshole can turn 4 other people into 4 assholes. Its astounding.
The level of ignorance in this elo is simply unbearable and i dont know, as a simple person and just wants to play a good video game, how much longer i can stand it.
