@ Riot Miss Fortune AD reduction unnecessary

Miss Fortune already has the least base AD of all the marksmen (tied with Teemo but he's not a true marksman so I don't count him) despite being meant to be strong early game and fall off. It's ridiculous to treat her, the opposite of the overperforming lategame marksmen archetype, the same as the champions that are actually causing problems. Let her have her early game strength and then fall off, don't force her into the same mold as them, into which she obviously cannot fit.
