So, Make it Rain has been nerfed hard twice over keystones that themselves were eventually brought into line. It lost a huge portion of its base damage due to Thunderlord's, which is no longer in the game but was brought into line shortly after the nerf. The next season, when Comet was too strong, it gained a huge cooldown time, again shortly before the keystone itself was nerfed. Now that the reasons for keeping it so weak have been removed from the game and balanced, respectively, could Make it Rain get some of its power back?
