Dear lord the new W on Shyvanna is broken

Either Nocturne is out of meta right now or the new Shyvanna W is just absurdly broken. I counter jungled her pretty well early game, but she still melted me and the rest of my team with her burn out.

I played with a friend the other day and he absolutely WRECKED with Shyvanna also, he gave credit to her new W, and I believe him.

This is probably gonna get downvotes since I haven't seen a topic on this, but every Shyvanna I've played vs and with since 5.11 came out has absolutely WRECKED the other team. 25% doesn't seem like much, but it feels like a ton.

Her autoattacks deal the damage during burnout as a DoT, and her Twin Strikes does massive damage off of that, + burnout damage. She literally melts you now.

She still has her weaknesses. This has helped her pick and win rate, and hasn't made her necessarily OP. I think she's fine, just don't go into a 1 v 1 with her as she will out trade you. Poke from afar then go in when she is low.

0 cc low mobility is pretty hard to balance shyvana
