i swear flash is directly linked to movespeed. if you move fast your flash range is insanly far. if you are slowed your flash range might as well not exist.
also can movespeed be normalised as well? i see multiple times that some champs ((looking at you morgana)) can outrun champs moving much much faster then others despite having higher movespeed numbers. i have personally seen a morgana outrun a ulting yi before with just basic boots.

GankedByWindows2 votesMovespeed has no effect on flash. It may appear like it does because if you have a high movespeed you're moving quickly the instant you flash. Try it in the practice tool but without moving. Pick Yi, and flash with and without ult.
