atm, this item is useless because of BT and BotRK. 35% lifesteal, even tho it is post mitigation. is way outsustaining the 15% pre mit dmg that thornmail is SUPPOST to deal.. tho i SWEAR it is bugged and doesent actually reflect dmg, it never works on any champ besides rammus i try to use it with.

i had 500 armor and thornmail was doing 100 bonus dmg ontop of reflect. i was pretty much maxed out. yet thornmail barely even bothers the adc who happily just pokes at me and lifesteals away the effect.

Thornmail does a good job already so long as the enemy hasn't build armor pen and sustain. Exactly how it was designed. It's not suppose to be the cure-all for enemy AD characters and roll out the red carpet for you.

It's an attempt to outlast and punish enemy auto-attackers who try building pure damage with little to no lifesteal and armor pen. The counter to that counter is to build sustain and armor pen to counter the thorn damage and the armor respectively.

(then the counter to that would be to just burst the enemy AD carry before the sustain can save them).

I agree with the addition of lethality, its almost like thornmail isnt there when a cait has a lethality heavy build, stack a bork or bt in there and shes not dying.

no, wtf? this just deletes EVERY auto attack champion, if you're against a fed aatrox. this item makes him 100% useless, thornmail is fine as it is, its annoying as hell already
