remove the double damage from ryze e q combo....

he does not need it... he should not be able to 1 shot with 1 combo. he should ahve to be like every other mage and wear his enemies down. he just w q e q you to death in 2 seconds or less with no effort with a 3 sec cd on his w and e so you cant fight him at all. he snowballs so hard it is appalling. make his e q combo do splash damage instead. maybe a 25% increase in dmg. but the double dmg when proced is just stupid..... riot talks about ballance in power budget.... they made his power budget way too high. he is powerfull without the dmg increase.

Okay the issue I have is that the ryze people you may encounter are most likely mains, I used to play ryze, hes not op at all his e and w are his regular attack range his q is the only thing that is longer than his auto attack range, he has high burst potential but he also have a lot of counter potential, like say out sustain is quite high because of how fast he uses his mana during his combos, he does have high dmage on his e q combo because it can be hard o hit facing someone who knows what they are doing against his as long as he doesn't w you in place, outsustain him and he cannot do much against you or just stay behind minions.

And of course he can't W you in place if you're standing at the range of just about any non-melee non-battlemage champion.

um you cant out sustain ryze. i had 4k mana on ryze once. how do you out sustain that?

Okay in early game you can out sustain him so easily not late game and by the time he has 4k mana ur waaay past the laning phase

Well not really you just need to lock him down long enough to kill him, most likely you would need to 2 man him late game due to his high damage single taget damage, or you just build a lot of mr and try to 1v1 him.
