Because unless everyone on the boards is on the PBE testing things for balance etc. their opinions don't mean shit yet?
They can't respond asap. It is surely easier, faster and with less consequence to answer skin related threads. The changes haven't been up for even 24 hours, just give them time to read feedback and make up their minds.
I have to ask... did you forget that the Skins/Champions teams don't really have a say over balance? I mean, at best, they can bring it up with Balance.... But telling the Skins/Champions to go fix code is like asking a fish to climb a tree...
