Short Question about MMR

I have yet to play my provisionals for season 5, I was wondering if there is like a formula or something, for me to figure out more less where I will end up after finishing my provisionals. (of course, depending on how many matches I win. I was plat 4 at the end of the season and managed to get plat 3 100lp in preseason.)
