Quinn QoL changes?

I like Quinn a lot but I think she could use some love. I'll explain some things that would be cool if they were changed:

Quinn Q: When you enter the rift you see Valor flying up to the sky, it doesn't make sense that when you cast Q Valor comes out of Quinn's insides, I think it would be nice if it came out in a Soraka Q fashion. Also, how come you, having a skill shot based blind ability, blinds the target for 1.5 secs and Teemo's blind scales for a max of 2.5 secs ( I might be slightly off with the numbers correct me if I'm wrong ), I mean sure, yours has an AoE blind, but lets face it, you probably won't hit more than 2 targets, and probably one of them won't even rely on autoattacks.

Quinn R: It's a cool ult, but it kind of doesn't make sense you have shared cooldowns with Quinn if you are not Quinn. I'm not saying "reset cooldowns when you ult" because that would be too strong, but maybe have the cooldowns reduced 15>20>25% once after ult? Continuing with the "sharing abilities" stuff, harrier is literally useless for a solid 20 seconds while being Valor, what can be done about this?

Thoughts on this guys?

Passive needs to be duration triggered based on how long they were in your sight, it can stay random on minions

Q needs to explode in a circle rather than a very fixed adjacent trigger

W cooldown needs reduced every time you trigger your passive. Base CD adjusted heavily obviously.

E needs to make you immune to CC and damage for the duration of the jumpback

Bird form needs to have separate cooldowns without mana costs

Bird form also possibly needs to trigger your passive on every 3rd/4th auto, but that might be a tad much
