Can Any Draven One Tricks Help Me?

Trying to get help from any Draven mains out there that can help me out on this. I have been wanting to one trick Draven now, I used to main Jayce Top but the lane is useless compared to ADC.

Problems I am having with Draven:

• I drop axes a lot due to creep block ruining my path
• When I all in enemies, my axes appear behind me sometimes when I am clicking forward
• I am unsure what to build on Draven. I see people build DD first, I see people build IE first, I see people build BloodThirster, I even see people build Trinity Force first on him lol. I have been trying to build Beserkers, BT, FC, Statik, IE, Phantom Dancer on him in that order.
• When to throw ult at Baron/Dragon.

Any help is much appreciated. I am unsure with theres a way im supposed to be throwing my axes, like side to side, forward and back, or both.
