Any word on the season 7 rewards?
Has there been any announcement / hints to this years ranked rewards?

Not quite yet.
All we know is that there will be an extra reward for gold+ in both flex+solo, and gold in either of flex/solo makes you eligible for the victorious skin.
There will also be end of season honour rewards, but no word on what they might be.
Here are the end of season rewards list that has been teased and most likely return.
- Ranked participation icons
- Solo/Duo Queue icon
- Flex Queue icon
- 3v3 Twisted Treeline Queue Icon
- Ranked loading screen borders
- Profile banner
- Gold+ Invite Flair
- Gold+ Forum Badges
- Gold+ Victorious Skin
- Gold+ on both Solo/duo and Flex: Special Reward
- Victorious ward? (An educated guess.)
- Challenger+ reward
Veteran Player Rewards:
- 500 hours in-game: Defender of the League Emote
- 1500 hours in-game: Champion of the League Emote
