It's great as an ability, but why take one character's passive and put it on another? It feels weird, like I'm just playing Falco as opposed to Fox (just using that as an example, I am NOT a Smash player :D).

Sejuani's E was changed because it was a stale ability. Her new E embodies a war leader theme and has more thought to it kinda.
That also counts for Brand, he has the same just at 3 stacks
