Please make available and update the list of which champions are in which free rotations

I have heard that there are a "fast" (2 month) rotation and a "slow" (4 month?) rotation for champs entering the weekly free rotation. as well as a couple champs not in either (Tristana, Alistar.) It would be very nice to have all three lists available so we have some idea how long we'll have to wait to next try a given champion with their latest rework, and to get a general idea how Riot regards each champion, etc. I looked and couldn't find any such listing (if anyone has any such info, I am keenly interested.) One of the few references I've seen to it indicated Jhin is in the fast rotation and that Orianna is in slow.
