It almost feels like Christmas. No more 2 item hyper scaling supports toplane. Hopefully this will make the game a little more enjoyable this meta has been absolute shit and the least fun in years. 2300 2100 gold

To be frank, this is probably gonna gut them for support too. And the issues with top lane will still be prevalent.

I am glad you're happy though. But I also think a more long term solution should be worked on by riot (if they aren't already)

Yeah. Buff bruisers a bit, buff bruiser items a lot. Cleaver, steraks, Deaths dance. If we won't buff the items, lower the costs. They need stats to be gold efficient. I know it may ruin tanks but BC should be 24 percent armor pen. In the hands of Darius that would be scarry for tanks- 24+35+ 35 from Dominiks. Tank heavy team now has 6 percent armor. Of course Darius is squishier since he went Dominiks or Reminder. There is also the issue of mages and range. Solve that and bruisers might not even need big item changes.

Bruisers already completely dominate top with the exception of Sona and Soraka who are already being addressed. Why would you buff them more?

Bruisers really are not that strong compared to ADCs and mages and even tanks

It's more like a small buff for Soraka support, and a small nerf for Soraka top especially in early game top lane Soraka gets hit hard, but she will be STRONGER once she has Q maxed, enough mana regen and 40% cdr.

I also wouldn't say top lane Soraka is completely gutted, it will be weaker obviously but it remains to be seen how weak.

I just don't understand why Grasp GP is acceptable. You reworked Pantheon who had a spammable point and click poke spell, meanwhile GP procs grasp and sheen with his Q, I'd rather lane against a Soraka. LOL

Definitely won't gut Sona for Sup. And I don't play Soraka much, but the heal with no HP cost seems like a BIG compensation for the other nerfs. Need to try to be sure, but I very much doubt that it will gut her either.

Wow, a 60 AP item is cheaper than a 90 AP item, how strange. And a 30 AP item is even cheaper. I can get a Ludens for same AP and CDR as these 2 items combined and 1200 gold less. Sure, Sona and Soraka were OP top, but not because of cheap items. They just work too well against juggernauts, not letting them dominate the lane as much as they want, and being able to roam much earlier. If winning bot and getting drakes wasn't an autowin strategy, nobody would care at all And, to be honest, I think Soraka support will be much weaker now, she now relies much more on hitting her Qs but can't spam them as much

True to form, Rito intentionally chooses to treat the symptoms & ignore the festering, rotting disease. None of this would've happened if Rito had cancelled the reworks, just like we fucking told them to do in 4.13 & 4.17, but the fat sticks they shoved up their own asses keep screaming dollar signs into their ears. It makes them deaf to the voices of their customers.
