Please make Kennen a "support" otherwise change his "role" to Marksman.

There is no reason why this champ who was meant to be a Mage, being an attack speed steroid that's almost better than some other ADC's is just ridiculous. He doesn't even have kill pressure as a mage since he has:

  • terrible waveclear
  • no ap damage at level 1
  • takes too long to scale
  • has no armor after two seconds which helped him survive his ult dive, now he just gets deleted
  • terrible range
  • terrible base damage

and overall, anything equivalent is just overall better. Want attack speed steroids? Play tristana, want burst with a stun? Play any of these champions:

Anivia Annie Bard Brand Ekko Elise Heimerdinger Vayne Vayne Vayne Veigar Viktor Xerath Zoe

Chain stuns is pointless with AP when Tenacity exists, I might get downvoted to hell but please just make this champion a support, he has practically the same damage as Zac the first 25 minutes but can't build tanky OR support. There's almost no way to get fed off of playing Kennen since he's essentially a worse version of Kayle right now, with item 1055 .

<end of rant>

Ive never seen a squishy backline champion on my team build tenacity....im not even pointing at the mages who need to build sorcerer shoes ...mostly just the adc(s) that build item 3006

And I very rarely see fighters / assassins do it either, kennen is fine on the tenacity front because knockups / knockbacks / spammable slows exist...hindering anyone from wanting it.

Even when the enemy team has mostly ap...as a tank I always feel like item 3047 is more important because of minions, towers, baron,etc that and tabi is the only real relief you can get against any basic attacker aside from item 3143 or other overly expensive items.

Kennen is in a fine spot...Its just that they need a team comp to work with them...his cc is pretty delayed so he would be really good with say a Amumu who would also increase Kennen `s damage
