i understand the nerf for 
to her q. were only her auto attack can activate the q proc. if your going to do this to one champ, why not them all. what about 
for example. her q proc can still be activated with her e. balance? let me hear what you guys think about it.
so... Akali pressing Q, wait 3 seconds, R, immediate autoattack, QE for an instant ~70% enemy HP burst in one rotation without counterplay apart from flashing away after the first Q, which seems dull, because Akali can even decide whether she goes in or not.
But for the comparison... Akali Q CD: 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5 / 4, Kat Q CD: 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8, not to mention the damage difference: Akali Q: 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+90% AP), Kat Q: 75 / 115 / 155 / 195 / 235 (+ 60% AP).
Actually I think that Akali's Q should have been nerfed in a different way... It should mark the enemy for 3 seconds, not 6 and the cooldown should be doubled if its not procced instead of not being able to proc it with E.
