tenacity

OK so I just ran a little experiment with Irelia to determine the what max tenacity would be so i built the following: Merc. Treads (30% tenacity) Exilir of Iron (25% tenacity)

I also took the mastery Swiftness (15% tenacity) and abused her passive (40% tenacity, w/ 3 champions in range) so I'm sure we can all agree here that my total tenacity should be 110% tenacity yet I could not get it to go over 73% so I'm assuming that's the max but my question is;

What part of my build wasn't actually giving me tenacity????

Elixir of Iron and Zephyr. but thats about all the other ones on SR

pretty sure the only item in the game that gives tenacity is . be cool to have other items that give tenacity, as well as something like armor pen boots, or a ap version of that gives magic pen.

there were like 5 tenacity items but 3 of them where the bottom 3 least used items in the game RIP Elises Miracle, i should have never loved you, but in my noobish confusion we bonded anyway

(Tenacity generally stacks multiplicitively, that's why. Indeed .7 x .75 x. 85 x .6 = .27 = %73)
