Wards and teemo shrooms
When i place 4 wards on top of a friendly teemo shroom, the shroom blew up. not a game breaking bug. but figured i would bring it to your attention.

I made a post about this not long ago. It's the remnants that the wards leave behind when they die now. It's a bug and they said they'd have it resolved by next patch more than likely.
Riot has time to hotfix champs because they made them too strong, but they don't have time to fix/disable a champion whose ult literally isn't functioning properly... lol @Riot
wards also detonate shrooms when they expire or when you kill them. it's a really annoying bug!
