Getting disconnected several times a game?

I have around 6 years under my belt on league, I'm very used to the standard issues it entails... BUT I stopped playing around Dec, and just started playign again about 2 weeks ago.. and since I started playing again I get disconnected multiple times a game.. and while its going on I can still chat with people in discord and stream youtube etc.. its not my internet.

I am up in Alaska and I pay for "GCI Red" which is 1/gbs download and 200/mbps upload.. standard ping is around 97ms.

I'm just confused why its doing this.. any suggestions?

i had a connection issue a few days ago along with a bunch of other people. yesterday i was connecting just fine but then after a 6 hour maintenance update today i go right back to disconnecting and being completely unable to connect. feelsgood

This is happening to me too, since the hotfix today. Not sure what's causing it.
