Zoe "E" Sleepy bubble bugged when interacting with Morgana

So I feel like this is an oversight or a bug.. But when Zoe cast E on Morgana, even if you activate Morgana's black shield, E still stuns you.

I know some people (pretty much only Zoe players) will say once the E/Bubble is on the player you already have the spell so you can't block it. BUT morgana's black shield blocks other effects like Zileans bombs after they are picked up.

Its really annoying, because right now Zoe is probably one of the best counters for Morgana, because as far as I know.. its the only CC in the game that black shield can't block, and it is a spell.. sooo what gives riot?

you're misunderstanding Morgana's spell shield and how it interacts.

we'll start with Zilean bombs - when you pick it up, then get shielded, you're getting shielded from the second effect, the first effect was simply getting the bomb latched to you. other people/minions will still get hurt by the bomb going off. it's a multi-part effect.

Zoe bubble - is a single act effect, it makes you drowsy. you're already counted as "CC'd" while drowsy, it's a single effect. you don't "get drowsy' then "sleep" you're just "drowsy" which makes you sleep, it's all one effect.

You compared two fundamentally different abilities. First. Zilean bombs do damage AFTER a windup, not immediately. So you can spellshield that.

In regards to zoe you, you CAN spellshield the sleep, you just have to apply the spellshield BEFORE the E hits you. The Drowsy effect will ALWAYS apply sleepy to the target, if you spellshield before you're drowsy, you block her e.

You have to think of zoe E as 1 debuff from start to finish after it lands. For example Nasus Wither slow will still grow even if you black shield them after he casts.

You can block Zoe E by landing Sheild befor it lands. Block it like it was Morgs Q or any other on hit skillshot CC abilitys.

Currently bugged where morg e removes zoe bubble before you go to sleep. If zoe lands bubble before morg uses shield. It's not supposed to remove the sleep but it is right now because bug
