I just played a game with a AD Twisted fate, by the looks of it... it seems he was elo boosting, but this is weird... I will never doubt AD Fate again!

Item wise he rushed

. Spell wise, he started W, then E, more or less alternating between the two maxing W first and E second before putting any points in Q.
