Vladimir Rework Idea

Vladimir has been a toxic champion for quite a while with his incredibly tankiness, powerful sustain, and high burst damage. This rework attempts to keep his core identity as a drain tank/burst mage while making his kit less annoying to deal with.

Passive: Crimson Pact- Vladimir cannot build ability power. Instead, 200/250/300% of the ability power he gets from items is converted into maximum health. Additionally, Vladimir gains movement speed equal to 1.5/2/2.5% of his maximum health.

Q: Transfusion- Vladimir drains the life out of an enemy, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+10/12/14/16/18% Max Health) magic damage to them and healing him for 50/60/70/80/90% of the damage dealt. Every time Vladimir casts Transfusion, he gains a stack of Bloodthirst. After gaining 2 stacks of Bloodthirst, Vladimir's next Transfusion deals double damage and heals Vladimir for an additional 30% of his maximum health. Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds

W: Sanguine Pool- Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood for 3 seconds, becoming untargetable. During this time, Vladimir heals himself for 6/7/8/9/10% of his maximum health each second and deals the same amount as magic damage to enemies above him. He also gains 40/45/50/55/60% movement speed for the duration. Cooldown: 30/26/22/18/14 seconds

E: Tides of Blood- Vladimir expends 10% of his maximum health to deal 100/130/160/190/220 (+10% Max Health) magic damage to enemies surrounding himself after a 1 second delay. Enemy champions hit are slowed by 80% for 1 second. Enemies hit also have their magic resistance permanently reduced by 2. Cooldown: 15/12/9/6/3 seconds

Ultimate: Hemoplague- Vladimir infects enemy champions in an area, dealing 200/350/500 (+30% Max Health) magic damage to them over 4 seconds, during which they take 10/15/20% increased damage. Vladimir heals for 75/100/125% of the damage dealt from Hemoplague. Cooldown: 150/130/110 seconds

The point of this rework was to solidify Vladimir's identity as a drain tank while reducing his insane burst damage. Instead, he prefers to slowly sap them of their health over time, healing himself in the process. Reply with any changes you'd make!

dear god, his q...2 unempowered casts does more damage than a tahm kench W...

Your rework idea doesn't scream drain tank it screams brand 2.0, rushing item 3151 item 3116 item 3916 (all of which give hp) and item 3020

Drain tanks arnt safe champions, they don't heal based on their max hp and they don't deal damage based on their max hp, they heal based on the raw damage that they do and burst HAS to be their weakness, sure give them a high cd ability to avoid burst but not with all this self healing.

Swain and darius are good examples, they do heal based on their max hp but they don't dish out damage based on their max hp or the enemy`s max hp at the same time.
