I am pretty unhappy with the direction you are going with the new BC. It is an improvement, I agree, however the build path is just terrible for some champions. The one that I would most like to point out is . I play him top lane primarily. Hardly ever, if at all, play him in the jungle. Brut is a good power spike item for Lane Pantheon, GB however, is not that great of an item him. So now he is stuck with an item that he will end up selling for something else. So, it is time wasted. You are effectively nerfing lane Pantheon. With nothing to help him out, or some other champions that build brut into BC.

I just want to know, what do you have in plan for champions like

Yomuu's isn't horrible on him. Particularly if you are going full offense. He has CD's where he needs to AA before his Q is up again. This will affect him if he plans on going a more bruiser route and pack some more defensive items. My build on a more offensive Panth goes something like this, item 3077 item 3134 item 3035 if I'm doing well. Then I start building Randuins and Banshees while finishing out the build. I usually did opt for BC over GB, but I've bought Ghostblade on him numerous times when the team isn't buying armor as the extra 10 armor pen is better than the 5% shred against squishy targets.

However, Phage will be very good on Pantheon while building towards the new Black Cleaver. It gives him extra sticking power and well rounded stats. The new BC is very bruiser friendly as it gives 400 health and 40 AD plus 20% CDR which is huge. I imagine this change to BC will just give more flexible item choices for Pantheon he can choose items based on what he's trying to do for the team. He can now be a more effective tank buster or he can be a squishy assassin focused on killing the enemy carries.

I think I would change my build up a little bit with Pantheon given the change. But honestly I always would keep Brutalizer as it was before upgrading it as a 5th or 6th item if I was going the BC route anyway. If I was going to snowball, I would buy GB as it more oriented towards assassinating a target.

I think the BC changes are going to favor Warrior enchant building Junglers most of all. They usually go for defensive items after they finish the Warrior, but now they have a useful offensive option that gives good utility and HP. Jungle Pantheon is effectively getting buffed by this change. Lane Pantheon is getting more options for his bruiser build. I don't think he will need help after 5.8, but we'll see.
