You nerf Kassadin cause he is super mobile. You said he had to pay for his mobility. Why is it that Leblanc doesn't have to pay for her mobility? Both of them are AP assassins. Also, why is it that the hitbox on her E is SO FREAKING HUGE. Does it really take that long to go in to work one day, find the coding for it or what not and just adjust it? I mean, she is gaining popularity in Esports again, so it's only getting more and more publicity that you are okay with stupid sized hitboxes.

Have you seen Kassadin's changes on PBE? His mobility is absolutely insane at the moment

Not only is the hitbox stupid, but the range on it after it hits you is stupid. I've lost count how many times people dash, blink or flash away but the chain doesn't break. Why does a very mobile bursty champion even need stupid CC too?
