Remove ward hopping or give it to everyone with a targeted dash

It makes no sense that only three champions, especially lee who is overloaded with mobility and initiate/escapes, are able to ward hop. can ward hop with her R for her flashy grand escape or insane playmaking initiate to make the LCS go wild!! Surely could save the day with a last second ult if he could jump to the nearest ward to make it in time to save an ally that wasn't quite close enough, or safey escape being caught out of position. can safely dash away from an incoming gank thanks to a trusty trinket in hand. Amazing just juked thinking they'd dash to his soldier instead, they surely got outplayed!! And it's so fun!!!!!!!
