Here I am, staring at the more terrifying alternative champions that could abuse an easy engage, with or without the new .25 second cast time delay post starburst.

A lot of those champions don't really have a reason to build AP. I'm more worried about 
yes garen using an ap item! GENUIS
E->Q->W->E->Hextech Starburst to reposition infront of you for no escape->kills you
shuddersliterally no escape
none of those champions need or could give good use to the item, they already have stuff to build.
At first I kinda agreed that Starburst might be stong on some champions, I could see the point of abuse cases on someone like Annie or Fizz and stuff like that.
Now when people are bringing pretty much every single tank into this I think that all of you are pretty much overexaggerating at this point. Zac? ok. Amumu? Ok. Warwick? What? Pantheon? What? Gnar? Eh? Aatrox? Are you even trying at this point?
