I'm pretty sure you guys forgot to document a change in Malphite's W.

Alright, so I can somewhat settle on you slaughtering AD Malphite. It was a niche build used to glare at one, two, or three people in particular and completely delete them from the face of Valoran with naught but a few punches to the face.

However, in using AD Malphite so often for its entertainment value, you start getting a feel for how the ability is supposed to work and what its limitations are. Like the fact that it can clear blue or red without having to move the minions.

As of Patch 5.11, the patch that has officially killed AD Malphite, I noticed something when giving Malph a go: The AOE on his W no longer reaches the side monsters of the buff camps. It may not seem like much, but that's actually a big deal to Dwayne Johnson's clear speed. The AOE, which used to practically cover an entire buff camp, has been reduced to the size of Gromp. This hurts both his lane and jungle clearance, and lets not forget that most champions are quite sizable in their own right. That reduction in size makes his teamfighting weaker. So, in turn, you "buffed" his passive state, and completely destroyed his W in the process.

It's because they changed the functionality from a cone-shape originating from Malphite to a PBAoE originating from the target Malphite attacks.
