Players You Report Should Not Be In Your Games Again

I've just played a game, had someone intentionally feed. Reported them after, queued up a bit after they left the post-game lobby. The very next lobby. They're in my game.

Why is this allowed?

inb4 "Just wait to queue up."

The matchmaking system likes to pair up players who were in recent matches together. So yes, "Just wait to queue up" is a good strategy.

You'll get an inflation of reports. Some, like yours if you're telling the truth, make sense. Some people just may not like someone for doing worse than their standards Permit and will report just to prevent future pairings, which is not what the system is there to do. It's for catching intentionally game ruining players, not to have people keep people that didn't play to personal expectations out of games.
