i get poked out of lane by a W E Q electrocute combo which does half my HP and if i got no dash or self peel he will W again for more damage

so i thought id try the ultimate thing i can think of .... both armour runes cloth and refillable start ... at first it seemed to do better the poke didnt do half HP but about 1/4 which is still a lot ... i then proceed to get armseekers and an extra cloth (to late get tabis) just in case ... the zed has a serrated dirk and gets ult and then does about 2/3 my hp i still had good hope so far as he hasnt got a kill yet .... he then buys a youmuss and i get a zhonyas .... He ults me and i die ......i even zhonyad the ult but he stuck around and killed me

I just have no idea what to do at all Unless i have hyper mobility to try and dodge stuff.... im dying when he engages ...

So how are people dealing with him cos i have no idea .... Yes i can ban him but id rather ban yasuo

If you want. One of the counter picks i like against zed. Anivia . Shes really good against him if you know how to play her.

Keep in mind that he will always appear on the other side of you as his ultis shadow (In easier terms it is generally behind you). This makes it much easier to land CC like Ahri's charm.

Early boots can be good if you have decent reflexes, or if you are a mage type champion... a Rod of Ages rather than a Ludins could be good. Invest in a quick stopwatch if he gets a kill or so and you havent been dodging well.

After those two things..... it becomes more champion specific.

Bring exhaust. I've been doing that lately and it's been helping more especially if I'm in a less than favorable matchup (like Lux instead of Lissandra). Even the I won the lane because I put an extra point in W, and when he would hop on me, I would use W, exhaust, Q, ult and turret shot would kill him. (That particular Zed was stupid enough to keep jumping on me under turret, which helped).

Anyway, don't rush a Zhonya's immediately. First back, if you have enough, get a small recipe item for Rod of Ages along with a cloth armor. Go for a health item first if your champ does well with it. While stacking Seeker's along the way, finish your health item then Zhonya's. Along with exhaust you should be much harder to kill going forward.

I know Zed is a huge pain in the ass but it's all we can do for now.

They are not. Go to LolAlytics and change the scope to Master+ for rank. Zed has a 25.04% ban rate, a 12.06% pick rate and an average win rate of 56.15% The idea that assassins "fall off" or are somehow not viable at high elo is what bad assassin mains tell players to make themselves feel superior. Fact: Zed is overpowered at all elos right now and that is just the way it is.

If you know you are facing a Zed, however, a few tips. One, if you can play them, pick Zilean, Lissandra or Anivia. They all have kits that can handle his nonsense a little better. You can pick up Seeker's Armguard, as mentioned above and get your usual items beyond that. It helps tremendously. All three have a similar way to handle him.

As for the Yasuo problem... If you are picking after a Yasuo, you can pick Malzahar and hand them their butt pretty easily if you learn the to maximize Malzahar's abilities. I tend to make the Yasuo pretty anemic so even against other players in the game they do almost no damage. Just starve their CS.
