Bring Back Support Urgot!

Okay, not really. The new Urgot is fine. But I'd like to see a new support champion that brings some of what old Urgot brought to the role. There was a lot I liked about him but the overall theme of a bruiser that crippled the enemy champion by sticking with them was what really made him exciting to play in the support role. On a support budget, he was only a little bit of a bully but by shredding armor, slowing the target, and reducing their damage output, he could create advantage in a seemingly even 2v2. If Leona is a CC fighter support, Urgot was my debuff fighter support. I'd like to see another champion with at least some of those kinds of tools.

well, that is likely not gonna happen...riot has stated AND made clear that they do not like stat Debuffs. sure, there are some forms like BC armor shred, but an champion whos entirely created around "you make damage? faceroll now you dont" has proven to be a nightmare to balance and urgot with just one nerf has been out of meta from his release up to 1 year ago.

while the idea is fine and all, balancing Debuffs in league has proven to be more of a challenge than finding the final ryze rework. (still waiting on his 6th vgu)

I thought you were serious for a second because I played many games as support Urgot back in the day :D
