i think Zoe got a indirect buff this patch

"Targeted damaging spells draw minion aggro" I dont have much experience against Zoe but when you are going for a trade in laning phase as Ryze for example. You aggro minions because of ryze E and you get bubbled and it takes ages to get out of the stun, then most of the dmg against you is from minions and you get executed by Zoe Q maybe ignite rng also. Too much dmg imo.

Any thoughts?

Any champion with a stun can do that, funny how you only mentioned Zoe.
