Dragon buff makes shacos ults deception useless the entire game

I understand the counter play behind red and blue buff being an easy way to determine which one is the real shaco. Because eventually the buff will go away and you can continue to fool people with your ult. But Dragon buff is a permanent and a easy visual buff, throughout the rest of the game and makes the deception of his clone useless, therefore indirectly nerfing shaco AGAIN.
