Long story short. There was a shaco. Best shaco I've ever seen. Spammed laugh and taunt every dam second. Got a triple kill while spamming laugh in between kills. He spammed laugh while doing dragon. He spammed laugh while running away. He spammed laugh when no one was watching. I swear he had his laugh set to his right click on his mouse. WHY SO SERIOUS WHY SO SERIOUS WHY SO SERIOUS. Someone on my team reported him for verbal abuse and he didn't say anything in all chat all game. I know I can turn it off, but I like hearing it every once in awhile for fun. I think if you guys went against this shaco you would lose your head.

You say you know how to turn it off, so what's the issue?

All you gotta do is click the "Mute" button on him and it's done for the remainder of the game.

Trust me I know the feel, but at the same time it doesn't happen often enough (per game wise) for me to label it as a true problem. Just my experience though.
