IP Discounts on Champions

can we please get some IP discounts on champions? the hardest part about trying to fill out a roster is the fact that it costs so much to get any character in the game. on top of that the little amount of IP you get (aside from FWOTD) even if you win a game you get like 100IP thats nothing.

But how else will Riot get you to buy IP boosts and/or champs?
