Riot can you please implement something so people with over 200 ping cant play? I am getting real sick and tired of getting someone with 1000 ping in every single game. "we want everyone to play" thats cool. stop the toxicity of people having internet problems all game. Look I get it sometimes things happen but its kinda messed up that I end up losing a game or winning because someone has 1k ping thinking "oh hey lets go play a game where people will literally flame me for having an internet provider that makes me use dial-up"

tbh playing with people with high ping does not bother me, most of the time when people get that high ping its because they are using wireless instead of Ethernet

Street Fighter makes you pass a speed test before playing ranked. I don't see why this shouldn't be the norm.
