I think the healing should be buffed, the 30% healing on minions reverted to 60% and I think ranged champions should be required to auto attack champions to proc it. This should make it viable on a good variety of champions without making it excessive on its current users.

Wait, so melee can proc it on minions, while ranged has to attack champions?

If that's your plan, then I vote no.
