Imo Absolute Focus as a rune is uninteresting and weak
Someone please convince me otherwise.

It's boring. Has some niche uses but nobody would really miss it if it were remade.
not really weak, just small # of viable users. Uninteresting is fairly accurate its just stats on a stick.
