Why do people think on-hit champs are some major champ archetype? There are, what... four-five dedicated on-hit champs in the game? Maybe? That'd be like complaining that Ornn doesn't buff drain tanks, or pet summoners.

Ezreal KogMaw Kennen Kayle MasterYi Shyvana Teemo Kalista Ivern (manly build) These are all champions wich build on hit items and only 2 of them can build other things. This may be small compared to the amount of identical bruisers or tanks but not even giving BOTRK or Rageblade a upgrade sucks.

If you HONESTLY think Yi's an on-hit spammer more than he is just a hard scaling melee hyper-carry, you can do that yourself. Just note you're the same guy that thinks Ivern is an on-hit champion.
