Mordekaiser's power allocation.

You can build tanky and still run 1500-1900 dmg on the third q hit late game. Landing that third hit is almost entirely dependent on someone speeding you up or slowing the enemy down which seems incredibly unfair to be the only bruiser in the game that has to have a mandatory chaperon.

Meanwhile, his w had its armor/m res and damage obliterated and his e does nearly a third the damage it used to and paired up with a delay after being cast, it's virtually ignorable as the opportunity to use it rarely pops up and when it does, the enemy can just dip back. Lower damage is understandable but adding a cast delay doesn't give the opportunity for "counter play", it makes it a trash ability barely worth the ridiculous health cost.

Do I even need to mention his ultimate being worthless outside the dragon passive? Not like it does damage anymore with all that health you have us stacking. Outside being used as a finisher move, it's useless because, when ulted, most people don't even bother trying to kite you back, they just flat out run until the 2 damage per second wears off.

The obvious proposal would be, make him more well rounded. Either buff his e damage, raise the range a bit more or remove the delay. I leave the w up to you, its a mess i don't want to think about, seeing as self cast is clearly off the table, q damage distribution should be more well rounded. Buffing the first and second hit while nerfing the third is my proposed course of action.
