He is stupidly Over powered. 2 spell combo can do 1/2 someone's HP. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIOT? who in the living FUK thought that was a "balanced state?" Like I want to know the person who is the Alistar main at the Riot HQ in charge of Balance. Cause they need to be shot on the spot. No champ in the game Can do 1/2 of a champs hp in 2 spells that are NOT ULTIMATES! Read that NOT ULTIMATES!
