Tahm Kench Late Game??

Is it me or he becomes useless late game?

Early game Is amazing but once we get to mid-late game i notice he falls off really bad.

Team fights are the worst. He's so much fun but really bums me out in team fights. I don't know what else to do except q people which does nothing and w to save my adc which also almost does nothing. Also, I get kited for days.

Any suggestions?
