Why did you make it so that he can go in, 1 combo squishies and run away like nothing.
His kit makes absolutely no sense to me.
Above this we can't even reveal his invincibility with wards.
The only counter to talon before was to buy wards. Now what is his counter?

I believe the people that actually play assassins have all agreed that a majority of assassins in this update had their burst nerfed, including Talon. The counterplay is that you have a small window of opportunity to save his target, with shields, heals and actives. Either you buy these items or you stick close to someone that has them and can save you.
