Keystone Rune Idea: Turret Master

I have an idea for a keystone rune. I'm not good in game design (hence the reason I don't want to put numbers on this idea, unless necessary), but I think I have a decent idea. It can always be modified, of course.

Anyways, here is my idea: As everyone knows, turrets are considered very weak and fragile for a by of people, but Riot seems very satisfied with the current state of turrets in the game. So, to satisfy both parties, why not implement a keystone rune that strengthens your allied turrets? I took inspiration from the now retired summoner spell "Fortify". This keystone would probably be most fitting for the Inspiration path, since it gives you access to rule-bending items that help you defend your turrets in different ways from the enemy team.

Here is how the Mastery would work.

You start the game with 3 activatable items that allow you target turrets and cost 0g, which available on the shop. You can only choose one at a time, you can sell it and choose another one if you want, but the items share a (x)-minute cooldown after any of them is used (so they can't be swapped when one is on cooldown). And the turret affected enters a (x) minute cooldown from being targeted by another Turret Master item.

Now, here are the items:

Item 1: Turret Fortifier item 3641 Targeted turret gains (x) armor and (x) magic resist for (x) seconds. The resistances are amplified by the number of enemy champions within the turret's range Objective: To increase your turret's resistances, and to defend turret against multiple champion trying to take it.

Item 2: Turret Amplifier item 3631 Targeted turret gains (x) AD for (x) seconds. If a melee or caster minion is hit by a turret shot, they are instantly killed, and you obtain half their gold. Objective: To strengthen the power of turret shots, and to effectively eliminate swarms of minions.

Item 3: Turret Accelerator item 3634 Targeted turret gains (x) Attack Speed for (x) seconds. If a champion is hit by a turret shot, their AD and AP are reduced by (x)% for (x) seconds Objective: To increase the speed of turret shots, and to defend yourself against ganks in your turret.

That's everything. Thanks for taking your time to read everything if you did.

In Dota 2, there's a mechanic similar to the first one that players can use, making a tower immune to damage for like 5 seconds and has I think a 5 minute cooldown.

I wouldn't mind it personally.
