Can Leblanc lose some of her reliability? Pretty pretty please?

I'm aware that Leblanc might not be particularly strong at the moment, her winrate's suprisingly low for a champion like that(which I'm still really suprised about) but her kit might be one of the absolute worst things to face, if she manages to get fed.

Bear in mind I am NOT proposing that she gets nerfed - a bump in her damage wouldn't change anything, you'd still feel miserable when facing her because she's just so damn reliable.

What I'm proposing is she gets some Mini-rework that makes it so the simple combo of QR doesn't actually delete you from the face of the planet - some way to dodge the damage by making the Q a skilshoot or something, a way to run away, or punish her W easier, something.

The fact that a champion has her most damaging combo based on targeted unavoidable spells coupled with the fact that she has a good and reliable gapcloser / escape(that is actually better than Kassadin who's known for his ridiculous shenanigans) make playing against her a living hell if she's ahead.

I put my faith in the MYMU, and I hope to god something is done so I don't feel like I'd rather kill myself than keep playing a match when there's a fed leblanc on the other team.
