Why do riot buff volibear that way?

Its dumb...this champion dosent need more AS..nobody cares about more AS on his W he need something on his Q! He need some Ratio he is a tank that build health right?

Cool ADD some HP ratio on his Q flat damages are always bad simple of how much drop late game..

Add an HP ratio on his Q

Remove AP ratio from his E and make it HP ratio (BONUS HP) so its not abusable

That how you buff tanks you dont buff the AS...
