change ekko's ult cooldown to 5 minutes
like karthus' ult. it's better than it in every way, so I dont see why it gets to have such a low cooldown. anyone who disagrees is an ekko main somehow

EndlessSorcerer1 votesA telegraphed ultimate used primarily for its utility is better than an ability which is guaranteed to damage every enemy champion globally and/or make them waste cooldowns?
Their ultimates are completely different in strength and function.
Don't compare the glorious might which is Karthus to a save-scumming kid with a time machine.
